Hold onto your hats just like our Junior School students who have joined a global movement—The Daily Mile—with over 5.5 million children taking part worldwide to boost health, happiness and focus. 🏃

For 15 minutes at the start of the day, students walk, run or skip an outdoor course, building movement into their routine and encouraging lifelong healthy habits.

Some raced like it was the Olympics, while others took a slower pace—chatting and laughing with friends and teachers along the way.

Started in the UK, The Daily Mile is backed by research highlighting the benefits of regular movement for mental and physical wellbeing, as well as improved focus in the classroom. We’re excited to see the positive impact this has on our students and teachers!
