Billa Rd OOSH provides Inaburra families with Before & After School Care and Holiday Care.
Billa Road OOSH (Out Of School Hours) provides care and learning for school-aged children before and after school, during school holidays and on pupil-free days.
It is an independent operator, providing a much-needed service for Inaburra families. All enquiries should be made directly to Billa Road OOSH.
What ages does Billa Road OOSH cater for?
Kindergarten to Year 6, catering for children aged 5-12 years of age.
Where is Billa Road OOSH located?
Before School Care (BSC): Playgroup Hall – Billa Road Reserve (4R Bandalong Cres)
Located across the road from Inaburra School. Children enjoy a relaxed, calm start to the morning with breakfast, games, quiet play, and time to prepare for their day. Educators walk children safely to school.
After School Care (ASC) & Vacation Care: Inaburra School – Performing Arts Centre
A large, modern facility with indoor and outdoor spaces for activities, craft, sports, cooking, STEM challenges, mindfulness, and free play.
What are the operating hours?
Billa Road OOSH operates the following hours:
- AM – 7:00am until school start time 8:25am
- PM – 2:30pm until 6:30pm.
- Vacation Care – 7:00am-6:30pm. Vacation Care is available for two weeks over Christmas.
How do I enrol my child?
Step 1 – Complete the Online Enrolment Link – this is for Before & After School Care and Holiday Care
The link must be submitted before your child begins care. Please ensure ALL sections of the enrolment form are completed including doctor and authorised nominee addresses . All medical conditions must be declared on enrolment – please include copies of your child’s medical management plan.
Step 2 – Billa Road OOSH Processes Your Enrolment in OWNA
Once submitted, your form is reviewed and processed by Billa Road OOSH.
- If a place cannot be offered to your child, a staff member will be in touch with you to discuss.
- If we have a place for you, a family and child profile is created in OWNA, our secure software system.
Step 3 – Register Your OWNA Account
OWNA will automatically email you an invitation to register. Through OWNA you can:
- Manage and request bookings
- Update medical or emergency contact information
- Receive notifications, messages, and daily reflections
- Access statements, invoices, and CCS information
- Sign in/out using iPad or in phone app
- Access menu and program
What is the cost?
2026 fee schedule
- Before School Care – $17 permanent, $19 casual
- After School Care – $25 permanent, $27 casual
- Vacation Care – $70 plus incursions / excursions
All fees, charges, and payment options are outlined in your enrolment pack. CCS may apply—please ensure your CCS enrolment is confirmed through MyGov to avoid delays.
Can I enrol in casual care?
Yes. However permanent bookings help guarantee your child’s place. Casual Bookings are available provided the service is not at registered capacity.
