CSSA South Met Zone Athletics Carnival
Congratulations to our 62 athletes who competed on Monday 1 August at Campbelltown Athletics Track. There were some outstanding performances with many students qualifying for State and plenty of personal best performances. Special mention to Brooke Cross who was the 11 Years Girls Age Champion.
CIS Primary Boys Softball Trials
Congratulations to Bailey May (Yr5) who attended the CIS Boys Softball Trials last Wednesday 3 August and has been selected in the CIS team to play at the NSW PSSA State Softball Championships in Mudgee later this term.
Stage 2 Todd Woodbridge Cup Tennis Gala Day
Our Stage 2 student showed plenty of enthusiasm out at Wests Tennis Club on Wednesday 10 August playing in the Todd Woodbridge Cup Tennis Gala Day. Students enjoyed learning about and playing tennis on smaller courts using low bounce balls to encourage plenty of rallies. Congratulations to Ellie Bosman and Aslan Kadri who were selected for their outstanding sportsmanship and were awarded some nice prizes from Tennis NSW. Thank you to Mrs Hatton, Miss Klein, Mrs Collins, Mrs Hubbard and Mrs Wooley for all their hard work to give our students a fabulous experience.
