Under 14 Futsal
Congratulations to the students that headed out to the NSW Schools Futsal finals on Wednesday 13 September. Both the Boys and Girls teams performed extremely well against the Regional winners from across the State. The boys made it through the group stage going down in Golden Goal in the Quarterfinals. Inaburra has a bright future in the world of Futsal.
CSSA Open Basketball
On Wednesday 6 September the Open Boys and Girls Basketball teams headed out to Penrith for the CSSA State finals. The boys topped their pool to progress to the Semi-Finals where they lost a tight affair to Wahroonga Adventist College. The Girls dominated three pool games to advance to the semis with momentum. The girls came up against a tough team in Wahroonga Adventist in the final. In a nailbiter the girls went down by 1 point in the dying seconds. A big thankyou to Mr Wadds and Coach Fattore who prepared both teams well to give them the best chance of success. A special mention to the year 12 students who represented Inaburra for the final time.
