Friday Afternoon Soccer with Scots and Danebank

Students from Kinder-Year 6 have had a most enjoyable 5 weeks of soccer at 5Sports at Caringbah this term. Our older students have enjoyed competing in the later time slot playing against Scots in a 5 week competition with 3 round matches, semi-finals and finals. Both our Inaburra teams were strong enough to make finals, with a very close match in the semi-finals requiring a penalty shoot out – flashbacks to the Matilda’s win over France!  In the finals both Inaburra teams were so evenly matched it took until the last 2 minutes of play for one team to finally score!

We look forward to joining Scots and Danebank next term for Cricket at Hurstville Oval – all K-6 students welcome with no experience playing cricket required.  Information to sign up will be emailed to all K-6 parents.
